Special shout out to Amanda Cormier, our fabulous realtor who sold our chalet within 2 months of listing it after it languished on the market for 8 months prior. She got us not one, but two competing offers! It is pretty easy to buy a property these days, not as easy to sell them - particularly for stand alone homes. Amanda took on the challenge and was a champion for us. Right away, she had the sign up, had professional photos created along with the walk thru video. Along with local / provincial listing sites etc, she marketed our property overseas in Australia and Hawaii and kept us in the loop on all the analytics each week. She personally hosted open houses and attended many of our showings - which we often held between each rental group.
